30 Points - Activity of 30 minutes or MORE! All activity counts Move and Groove! Dance for 30, Walk for at least 30, it doesn't have to all at one time.
Example: I work out at least 2 hours most days - that's 30 points! Only on the days I actually move at least 30 minutes.
Extra points:
- No Processed Foods +5
- Water enough for YOU +5
- Stretching at least 10 minutes +5
- Weights/Resistence (Weights, Bands, Push up, Swimming) +5
TOTAL Daily MAX - 50 points daily
Example: A day that I know I didn't drink enough water - NO EXTRA 5!
